There are up to 11 countries of implementations, different tax administration, and various workflow procedures potentially, and to figure out the report line from different cost centers.
Y Group's T&E processes resulted in duplicated effort, overlapping procedures and manual workflows.
Y Group decided to launch SAP Concur T&E end to end process and leveraged the native integration with SAP S/4HANA.
Transition and adoption to remote working was a key phase, minimizing disruption caused by different countries reimbursement timeline.
Hitpoint's industrial and best practice experience supported Y Group to develop more effective Expense business processes which bringing together current business practices and adopting new digital workflow capabilities.
During the initial 12 week engagement, Hitpoint worked alongside with SAP Concur for Y Group stakeholders to build, configure and test the Expense solution.
Hitpoint team took over managing the system configuration, final testing, streamlining improvement and change request.

Completing train the trainer sessions and developed custom training used by the Y Group team for online end-user training roll-out model for different country groups.
Providing meticulous support to Y Group during the first two months of their go live (Hypercare state). This is in parallel with conducting an extensive knowledge transfer to Y Group's support service provider as part of the process to ensure customer success.

Stronger compliance and adherence to company T&E policies and other regulatory requirements.

Standardisation of business processes and integration with SAP 4HANA which allowed Y Group to deploy SAP Concur across the entire organisation. It is now set up to be scalable in the event of acquisitions and business expansion. This is key to Y Group’s growth strategy.

User experience improvement through adoption of Y Group developed OCR web services functionalities. OCR analysis feature capture data points to reduce manual entry, missing information and user errors.
